About Rosa Kaufmann
http://stolpersteine-fuer-ulm.de/familie/familie-kaufmann/
In December 1932, for cost reasons, the municipal welfare office in Ulm arranged for Rosa Kaufmann to be transferred to the Gottlob-Weißer-Haus in Schwäbisch Hall run by deaconesses, where she lived until November 19, 1940. Nazi authorities confiscated this facility in November 1940 and Rosa was relocated to the so-called "Zwischenanstalt" Weinsberg as part of the T4 homicide program. On her record sheet in Weinsberg she already has an exclamation mark on her “temporarily here!”. On December 4, 1940, she was taken to the Grafeneck euthanasia center with other victims as "released unhealed" and murdered immediately upon arrival.
