Rosalie Bachmann

The Bachmann family moved from Kassel to Gera. Siegmund Bachmann was arrested on 10.11.1938 in Buchenwald and deported together with his wife Rosalie and his mother Mathilde Bachmann on 20.09.1942 from Weimar - Leipzig to Theresienstadt. Mathilde Bachmann died on 26.12.1942 in Theresienstadt, Siegmund Bachmann died on 13.04.1944 in Theresienstadt and Rosalie Bachmann was deported from Theresienstadt to Auschwitz on 09.10.1944. Rosalie Bachmann nee Baruch was born in 1880. During the war she was deported with Transport XVI/1, Train Da 517 from Weimar,Weimar,Thuringia,Germany to Theresienstadt,Ghetto,Czechoslovakia on 19/09/1942. Deported with transport Ep from Theresienstadt,Ghetto,Czechoslovakia to Auschwitz Birkenau,Extermination Camp,Poland on 09/10/1944.
Rosalie was murdered in the Shoah.
