Ebenezer was born to the union of his parents, Ichabod Hall and his wife, Lois Kibbe. He married Anna Pease in 1753. To their union came: Ebenezer, Jr., Anna, Abigail, Moses, Isaac, Susanna, Samuel and Elijah. He married Elizabeth George as his 2nd wife and to their union came, Martha and Gregory.

Ebenezer was one of nine children, his siblings are: Moses, Lois, Hannah, Eunice, unnamed Boy, Miriam, Mary & Elisha.
He married his first wife, Ann Pease and had the following children: Ebenezer, Jr., Anna, Abigail, Moses, Isaac, Susanna, Samuel and Elijah. After the death of Ann, Ebenenzer, married his second wife, Elizabeth George and they couple had one child, Gregory.
