About Salvador Vivencio del Rosario
Salvador Vivencio del Rosario was a delegate to the Malolos Congress. A member of Propaganda Movement in Madrid, he wrote for the La Solidaridad and La Independencia. Under the pseudonym Juan Tagalo, he wrote for the Gaceta de Filipinas (which ran from September 1898 initially as Heraldo de la Revolucion to October 1899).
