Hyman (Chaim) Scheinberg Naturalization Intention https://www.ancestry.com/interactive/2280/007790893_00227?pid=37857...

Sam lived in Newark and was a grocer. He was married and had 2 children. In the WWII draft registration, his birthplace was listed as Near Konstantin. He gave his birth date as 9/15/1890. On Ida's naturalization papers, she said he was born in Olkeiki, Vilna Poland on 4/15/1890. She married Sam 2/23/1913 in Newark. She said Sam was born in Kolchin on 9/15/1890. All four of her kids were born . She arrived on 8/14/1906 on Kroonland. as Chia Leah Sufnes. Sam's Declaration of Intention gave his birthplace as Kolczin on 9/1/1890. He arrived in the us on 9/15/1908 on the Grosser Kurfurst (from Bremen). Could he have selected that September date as his birthdate?
Morris Blafer was born in 1902. So, he was 12 years younger than Sam. Sam left Russia in 1908, when Morris was 6 years old and Sam was 18 years old.
2-12-2020 There is confusion on interpreting Sam's father's name on his Ship Manifest. It does not appear to be the same father as we know to be Morris, his brother's father. Add this to the question of his birthplace on the wwI draft card and we have a question of who Sam's father was. This warrants further investigation. Checking his gravestone in not 100% proof because the name of the father was given by one of Sam's kids and they may not have known. Morris' Y-DNA is J-M267 . (J1). This has to be compared to a male descendant of Sam. Also, the mitochondrial DNA will give a comparison to how far the two were related.
