Samuel Dangwa was a Filipino lawyer and politician. He served as Vice Governor of Benguet from 1972 to 1980. He then represented Benguet at the Regular Batasang Pambansa from June 30, 1984 to March 25, 1986, and then at the House of Representatives of the Philippines from June 30, 2001 to June 30, 2010. He also represented the second district of Benguet at the latter house from June 30, 1987 to June 30, 1995.
