He left second son, Elijah-his plantation and adjacent lands lying S. side of road. To son Godfrey, remainder of the land, north side of road. The remainder to be divided equally between his four daughters. (Other sources name these as Jane, Rebecca,Mary and Elizabeth.) Elijah Isaacs was executor. Witnesses were Peter McKean; Jno. Champion; Thos. Hill and Stephen Sebastian, Jr. Security for Elijah Isaacs were Isaac Foster and Baylis Earle.
