About Sara Brunengraber

Sarah Sara Sura BRUNENGRABER BRUNNENGRABER, née BARTFELD: b. 8 Nov 1885, Boryslaw - d. circa 1942, Lwow, HOLOCAUST

cf. 1914 search notice (i.e. WWI) posted for various members of this Boryslaw based BRUNENGRABER family by Amalie TRINTSCHER of Wien:

ANNO, Neues Wiener Tagblatt (Tages-Ausgabe), 1914-12-31, Seite 13

https://anno.onb.ac.at/cgi-content/anno?aid=nwg&datum=19141231&seit...

Pleasz note that from her married certificate, her birthday seems to be December 25, 1876. It is possible that the birthdate from the guetto files is wrong. On her date of mariage with Leib Brunengraber on March 25, 1900, JRI states that she was 23 years old and 4 months.

GEDCOM Note

Sarah Brunengraber Bartfeld was murdered during the holocaust. Her daughter Rose Rozia Mermelstein testified at Yad Vashem.
