Sarah Holcombe was born on 23 June 1668 at Windsor, Hartford Co., CT. She was the daughter of Joshua Holcombe and Ruth Sherwood.

Sarah Holcombe married John Case, son of John Case and Sarah Spencer, in 1693. Sarah Holcombe died in 1763 at Simsbury, Hartford Co., CT.

Bowman: Weir is in error here stating that Sarah married Bartholomew Case.

Ruth Cost Duncan does not show a marrige by Sarah to a Bartholomew and does not show a marriage of Bartholomew (John's younger brother) to anyone other than Mary Humphrey.
