Sarah BELLAMY was born 1770 Worcestershire to Richard BELLAMY and Elizabeth STAUNTON
Sarah was convicted of stealing a linen purse and sentenced to 7 years transportation. She arrived at Sydney Cove on "Lady Penrhyn" on 26/1/1788. On the voyage she had a son to Joseph DOWNEY. She was assigned to Lieutenant Faddy as a housemaid and received a conditional pardon on 23/2/1811.
In 1790 she had a relationship/marriage with James BLOODWORTH that resulted in 8 children.
Sarah died 24/2/1843 Lane Cove.
