Not a known daughter of William Lynn & Margaret Lynn
Sarah (Lynn) Patton was born between 1663 and 1670, perhaps around 1664, reportedly in Kilmacrennan in Ulster Province, Ireland. Kilmacrennan is a village in County Donegal, a county of Ulster. Sarah is claimed in some places to be the daughter of David or William David Lynn and Margaret (Patton) Lynn,[1] but there is no evidence for the claim.
Sarah (Lynn) Patton's middle name may have been Cameron.[3] It is likely that her marriage to Henry Patton occurred in 1685.[4]
Sarah is believed to have died in 1757 in Newtown Limavady, County Londonderry, Ireland

Considering the 1757 will of Dr. William Lynn of Fredericksburg, son of William Lynn, it is questionable whether Sarah Cameron Lynn was a daughter of this William. There are no records contemporaneous to the younger William indicating that he had a sister named Sarah Cameron Patton nee Lynn. Specifically, while his will does name his siblings - both living and dead - there is no mention of a sister Sarah.
well now i don't know if her name is sarah, sarah lynn, sarah cameron or sarah lynn cameron (she could have remarried and her new last name could have been cameron) have to research her more i think
