Biography

The Phelps & Servin has the incorrect information regarding Sarah Phelps. She was the daughter of William Phelps and Ann Dover, but she wasNOT born in 1623 in England, but in 1632. She was born in Dorchester, Massachusetts - before her family moved to Windsor, Connecticutt in 1633. She married William Wade in Windsor, but died soon after. There were no children from this union. See Great Migration book, Vol 3 on her Phelps family. Please check her father William Phelps' Bio/Sources for more detailed information. Vital records were found in Crewkerne Parish, Crewkerne, Co. Somerset,England. It has several birth/baptism, marriage, and death dates forvarious members of this family. There was no Sarah Phelps in these records.
