Joseph Porter died in 1820. His will was written in April 1820 and proved in court during the October term the same year. Three children were mentioned. They were Joseph Porter, Jr., Molly (Mary) Porter, and Francis Porter. His wife was not mentioned, indicating that Sarah preceded him in death.
