Sarah Low was probably born in Ipswich, in the Massachusetts Bay Colony. Secondary sources show she was the daughter of Deacon Thomas Lowe and Martha Borman [1] [2] [3]
Although the Lowe genealogy cited here states she remarried Nathan Webster, this is not consistent with the primary records. Sarah (Lowe) Grover's records clearly show she predeceased her husband. Further, Nathan Webster married Sarah Lowe of Ipswich], not Sarah Grover of Beverly, as John Grover's widow would have been called. This suggests that Nathan Webster married a different woman. Sarah Low and John Grover, Jr., of Beverly were married on 23 Jun 1687, in Ipswich.[4][5]
Sarah and John had three children:
Sarah Low Grover died on 27 Aug 1692, in Beverly.[10]
