Midkiff (See Source, below) says that Sarah/Sara Allred York was born in about 1760, in Orange (now Randolph) Co., NC. Death was in about 1814, in Sandy Creek, Randolph Co., NC.

Sarah ALLRED is believed to be the forth child of fourteen children born to Solomon ALLRED III and his wife Mary HAYS. This is based on the research of Darnell Harton Griffin and Linda Allred Cooper.

Sarah ALLRED married Jeremiah YORK III about 1776 in Colonial Guilford (now Randolph) County, North Carolina.
