Maulai Ahmed bin Maulai Ajab Shah was the brother of the 26th Dai' Sayyidna Ad-Dai' Dawood bin Maulai Ajab Shah. He performed khidmat of Dua't Mutlaqeen. After performing Hajj, Maulai Ahmed bin Maulai Ajab Shah went to Yemen in Hazrat-e-Aaliyaa of 24th Dai' Sayyidna Ad-Dai' Yousuf bin Sayyidi Sulaiman Al-Hindi. Suddenly Sayyidna Yousuf was falsely imprisoned by the ruler due to false propaganda against Sayyidna Yousuf by the enemies, and the houses owned by Sayyidna Yousuf were plundered. The ruler demanded 7,000 Abrami (Rupees) to release Sayyidna Yousuf. Sayyidna Yousuf asked Ashaab for loan but none obliged. At this time, Maulai Ahmed bin Maulai Ajab Shah came forward and sold some goods that he had brought for sale and paid the sum. Maulai Ahmed bin Maulai Ajab Shah did a lot of khidmat during the period of 25th Dai' Sayyidna Ad-Dai' Abdul Jaleel "Jalal" bin Maulai Hasan & 26th Dai' Sayyidna Ad-Dai' Dawood bin Maulai Ajab Shah. Maulai Ahmed's Qabr-e-Mubaarak is situated near the Qabr-e-Mubaarak of Maulai Malak bin Feroz Shah in Ahmedabad.
