Benjamin was born about 1644. He Died at Hull, 5 November 1682. The administration on his estate was granted to his wife Hannah, "Relict widow of Benjamin Bosworth, late of Hull, Taylor, deceased intestate." The inventory was taken by Nathaniel Bosworth and Thomas Collier, and sworn to by Hannah, 3 May 1683. In the Order of Settlement, dated at Boston 24 November 1696, names children Benjamin, Hezekiah, Judah and Hannah Bosworth. Hannah (Morton) Bosworth is still alive at this time. "The said Benjamin Bosworth also giving good security to pay further unto each of his Brothers and Sisters aforenamed or their respective Guardians at and upon the decease of the sd Hannah Reclict Widow of the sd deced..."
Benjamin and Hannah (Morton) Bosworth had six children, four survived and married.
