Seth Williams was born before 23 Nov 1746. He was the son of Nathaniel Williams and Mary Atherton. Seth Williams was baptized on 23 November 1746 at Raynham, Bristol, MA.2 He married Mary Snow at Pomfret, CT.2 Seth Williams began military service. Seth served in the Revolutionary Army. He enlisted and marched on the Lexington Alarm as a Private. He later became a Corporal, Sergeant, and Lieutenant.2 He died on 18 October 1818 at ?. He is buried in the Bruce Cemetery, Rayham, MA; "Seth Williams died Oct 18, 1818 in the 72 year of age."2
