Sgt Joshua (Corporal) Lobdell, III

JOSHUA LOBDELL, b. in Ridgefield, Connecticut, 23d April, 1727; he was a Corporal in his father's company in the Westchester County Militia, 1755-1760; also Private in Westchester County Militia, 1783 (Captain WILTZ'S Company), and was in active service during the Revolutionary War; m. circa 1750, Sarah SCOTT; dau. of David SSOTT, of Ridgefield, Connecticut; she was b. 1719, and d. 3d February, 1823, 103 1/2 years old.
