Shambhu Nath Kaul

I have seen Pt Shambhu Nath Kaul, his old mother and his issues at Faizabad during my childhood. He was a leading advocate of the city and a generous secret doner to needed people, which was known to us only after his death, when lot of people with tears in their eyes including several widows of different religions gathered out of his house saying " Pandit ji was giving us a regular monthly financial help to support our family, now what will be our fate." Later at this stage when I tried to find about about his parents siblings and in laws, failed to get any information. Even his grandchildren, whom I met were unable to provide any help in the matter. If anyone can provide any information about the family, I will be grateful to him. Only information I have that he was cousin of Pt. Krishan Nath Kaul, a congress leader and freedom fighter from Faizabad. After the untimely demise of Pt Krishan Nath Kaul and his only son Jagjeevan Nath, his family lived in the protection of Pt. Shambhu Nath along with the families of his own sons in the same house.
