Sidney Schiff

Sidney & Mae lived in Youngstown, Ohio. They raised their two sons, Jerry & Alvin, there. Sid worked in the scrap business. Mae was a homemaker. As a child, once or twice a year, my family would load up in my Uncle Sol's car & drive from Akron to visit them. I remember their home was lovely & immaculate! They always provided a lovely lunch as we kept kosher, too! My most clear memory of Mae & Sid were how short & slight they were in stature! Sid dressed like a gangster, I then thought!!
