About Simon Menno Kanagy
- He was reared in Juaniata Co, PA until in his 14th year the family moved to Mifflin Co, PA where he taught school. He attended Elkhart Institute and is a graduate of Northwestern Univ, Evanston, IL receiving a BS in 1905. For a number of years he taught high school in IL, PA, OH and was an Instructor at Hesston College 1920-23. In 1914 he responded to a call to do mission work in Toronto, Ont.and later at the Chicago Home Mission.
