Sir Otho de Grandison, son of Sir William de Grandison, 1st Lord Grandison and Sibella de Tregoz, was born circa 1310 at of Chelsfield, Kent, England.1,2 He married Beatrix Malesmains, daughter of Sir Nicholas Malesmains, before 28 October 1340;

They had 3 sons:

1. Sir Thomas, 4th Lord Grandison
2. Walter
3. Peter

And 1 daughter:

1. Elizabeth.2

Sir Otho de Grandison left a will in 1358.2 He died on 23 May 1359.1,2. Beatrix Malesmains died after 7 December 1361.1
