"Sir Robert Gordon, Baronet [S 1625] of Gordonstoun, son and heir, born about 1738; succeeded to the Baronetcy, 8th January 1772, and was, on 30 April 1774, served heir of provision general to his father. He died unmarried 2 June 1776 in his 39th year."
