Sir Thomas William Brograve Proctor-Beauchamp, 4th Bt. was born on 2 July 1815 at Broome Place, Norfolk, England.1

He was the son of Vice-Admiral Sir William Beauchamp-Proctor, 3rd Bt. and Anne Gregory.1

He married Hon. Catherine Esther Waldegrave, daughter of Vice-Admiral Granville George Waldegrave, 2nd Baron Radstock and Esther Caroline Paget, on 15 June 1852 at All Souls, Langham Place, Marylebone, London, England.1

He died on 7 October 1874 at age 59 at Langley Park, Norfolk, England.1

He was given the name of Thomas William Brograve Beauchamp-Proctor at birth.1

He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1838 in the service of the Royal Horse Guards.1

He gained the rank of Major in 1854 in the service of the East Suffolk Artillery Militia.1

He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in 1861 in the service of the 2nd Battalion, Norfolk Rifle Volunteers.1

He succeeded to the title of 4th Baronet Beauchamp-Proctor, of Langley Park, co. Norfolk [G.B., 1745] on 14 March 1861.1

On 9 July 1862 his name was legally changed to Thomas William Brograve Proctor-Beauchamp by Royal Licence.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Norfolk in 1869.1
