About Sixto Brillantes Sr.
Sixto Brillantes Sr. was a Filipino lawyer and politician. He represented the second district of Ilocos Sur at the National Assembly from September 16, 1935 to December 30, 1938. He also served as Governor of Ilocos Sur from 1945 to 1946.
