• 1642 Nov 30; Pieter St. Thoms; Salomon;
• First patentee of the John Horn farm on Manhattan, a parcel of approx. 30 acres (The future Madison Square of Madison Square Garden)

Seems to have been Simon Congo's neighbor (to the north?) by virtue of a Director Willem Kieft, separate land grant.

Both Congo's and Santomee's land ended up in the hands of Garret Onclebagg (a land speculator)
