Soly (Solomon) Honig

Information regarding the birth of Soly (Solomon?) was taken from the "Hausstandsbucher" (resident registration) for the Mittlegasse 13 location in Kassel, Germany where he lived with his parents and siblings. He and his sister, Edith apparently lived together at Giesbergstr. 7 in from 1919-1922. Soly had moved from Mittlegasse 13 to Giesbergstr. 7 on September 20, 1916. The information from the "Hausstandsbucher" was provided by Mr. Florian Franzmann of the Kassel Stadtarchiv. He also stated that copies of the original records from Kassel, Germany were destroyed in 1943 due to a fire caused by bombing.
