About Sr. Marie Morin
GodparentsL : Governor Louis D'Ailleboust and Marie-Madeleine Lagerdeur (spouse ofJean-Paul Godefroy). She was taught by the Ursulines of QuebecCity . At 12 she became a novice of the Hospitallers of Montreal and took her vows March 20, 1665 and final vows October 27, 1671. Sister Marie Morin became the first Canadian-born girl to become a Hospitaller of Montreal. She was the author of the Annales de D'Hotel Dieu.
