Stella Camille Nessen

Deseret News, The (Salt Lake City, UT) - May 22, 1991. Deceased Name: DEATH: STELLA CAMILLE NESSEN. Stella Camille Cleverly Mann Goodwin Nessen, age 83, died in a Bountiful care center, May 20, 1991. She was born October 5, 1907, in Woods Cross, Utah to Henry William and Olive Ellen Ritchie Cleverly. She married Edwin K. Mann, October 5, 1927, in Woods Cross, later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died in 1944. She married Jack Goodwin, he died. She married Alvin N. Nessen, July 12, 1963 in Salt Lake, he preceded her in death in 1986. She was active in the LDS Church and served as a temple worker for many years. She was a quilter and genealogist. She was a unique person and will be sorely missed.

She is survived by two sisters, Sarah C. Grange, Las Vegas, Nevada; Mrs. Dean G. (Donna) Winters, Salt Lake City, Utah; brother Irvin Cleverly, Woods Cross, Utah; stepchildren, Kenneth Nessen, Summit Park, Utah; Reed Nessen, Salt Lake City, Utah; Robert Nessen, Salt Lake City, Utah; Jean McKean, West Bountiful, Utah; Lola Hyde, Goleta, California; 39 step-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one son, Stanley Mann, her mother and father, three sisters and six brothers. Funeral services will be held Friday May 24, 1991 at 12 noon, at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary Chapel, 295 North Main. Friends and family may call Thursday, May 23, from 6 to 8 p. m. and 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. prior to the services. Interment at Bountiful City Cemetery.
