Susanna Lee Reynolds was a daughter of Isaac Lee and Patience Landers Lee. On January 4, 1823, Susanna along with her parents and sisters, Rachel, Abigail and Elizabeth, moved to Marlborough Monthly Meeting from Back Creek Monthly Meeting.

Susanna married Wenlock Reynolds on December 16, 1824 at Marlboro Monthly Meeting in Randolph County, N.C.

Susanna moved her membership to Centre Monthly Meeting, She eventually ended up at Providence Monthly Meeting.
