Another marriage date for John Hart and Susannah Rush is the Fall of 1683 as stated by William Watts Hart Davis in his History of Bucks county, Pennsylvania, from the discovery of the Delaware to the present time, (Volume 3), The Lewis Pub. Company. Davis also claims that this Susanna Rush is the Susanna Rush, daughter of William and Aurelia Rush, and grand daughter of John Rush, who commanded a troop of horse in Cromwell's army, came to Pennsylvania in 1682 and settled in Byberry. [2] This author has caused some confusion between the two Susanna Rush.
