Susannah HOLMES was born c1764 Thurlton, Norfolk, England (daughter of Joshua HOLMES and Eunice BROOKS). She was baptised 6/3/1764 Surlingham, Norfolk, England.

Susannah was convicted (on 13/11/1783) of theft and sentenced to 14 years transportation.

Susannah had a relationship with and Henry KABLE (they had requested for permission to marry but this was denied 3 times) and they had the following children in England

Susannah and son Henry arrived in Sydney Cove on "Charlotte" on 26/1/1788. Her partner Henry arrived on "Friendship".

Susannah and Henry were allowed to marry on 10/2/1788 in Sydney Cove (one of the five couples married in the 1st marriage ceremony in Australia)
