Susannah Rayner, [Convict "Glatton" 1803]

Susannah CHAPMAN (aka Susan) was born c1785 (age 17 in 1802 prison records) or c1791 (age 74 in 1865). (Note: if born 1791, she would have been only 11 at conviction)

Susannah was convicted and sentenced to 7 years transportation. She arrived in Sydney Cove on 11/3/1803.

Susannah married William RAYNER 9/11/1809 Newcastle and they had the following children

• Sarah 1814
• Isabella 1817
• Robert 1850
• Sophia 1822
• Susannah 1825
• Archer 1833

Susannah and William moved to Tasmania sometime between 1814 and 1817

Susannah died 15/3/1865 in Hobart of burns.
