Theresia Kellner Beischel, the daughter of Wolfgang and Barbara (Nibler) Kellner, married Peter Beischel at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Milwaukee, Wisconsin Territory on 2 November 1847. Peter's children from a previous marriage immigrated with their father in 1845.

Obituary: Jefferson Banner-1 March 1883
--DIED--At the residence of Casper Beischel, her son, in the town of Jefferson on the 27th, inst., Taresa Beischel, and old and highly esteemed resident of this county. Funeral services over and burial of her remains takes place to-day.

Note: Though the death and burial dates are noted in both her obituary and St. John the Baptist records, the grave is unmarked.
