Thomas Blanchard, son of Samuel Blanchard and Hannah Doggett, was born 28 Apr 1674 at Charlestown, Suffolk County, Massachusetts Bay Colony, and died 17 March 1759 at Andover, Essex County, Massachusetts. He was buried in the South Church Cemetery there.
