I, Thomas DeLoach, preacher of the Gospel &of the Baptist order of Lexington District.

Being in health in body & of sound memory. My desire is that all my property remain in the hands of my beloved wife Sarah Deloach during her natural life or widowhood,in order for her to raise & educate the children but if she marry again, I desire that my estate to be sold and I give unto my eight eldest chn.viz: William Deloach, Lucy_Hunter, Caty Hunter,Thomas Deloach, Elizabeth Bush, John Deloach, Polly & Nancy one dollar each and the remainlng part to be equally divided amongst my wife Sarah and her children that she may have by me.
