Thomas Arledge, 86, of Ash Flat, Arkansas, died Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2015, at Batesville.

He was born Aug. 20, 1929, at Lepanto, Arkansas.

Thomas had worked in insurance sales and was a Jehovah's Witness.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Nathaniel and Ethel Hogue Arledge, three brothers and six sisters.

Survivors include his wife, Frances F. Arledge of the home; his sons, Gary (Stacey) Arledge of Ash Flat and Scott (Lori) Arledge of Leesburg, Va.; and four grandchildren.
