Heirs: Wife: 2 Negro men Joes and Figg, household and kitchen furniture during her life.

Daughter Nancy: All property heretofore mentioned on death of her mother; Negro girl Charlotte and Negro boy Sam.

Daughter Fanny: All I intended her to have given at her marriage, Ł10 to buy a mourning suit.

Grandson Thomas Oliver: My share of lot bought of Jerry Gibbs; one share in state Bank, Newbern Branch.

Wife: Nancy Oliver: Negro woman Nanny.

If daughter Nancy die before age of 21 or marriage, all property given to her to be equally divided among my surviving children, but if she marries, then property to her and her offspring forever.
