Heirs: Wife Mary Oliver: 1 Negro wench named Dinah during life.
Daughter: Elizabeth Bryan: 1 Negro wench named Moll, furniture, silver and plates 3which sd. daughter has allready received into her possession.2
Children: Joseph John Thomas William James Sidney and Mary: Remainder of personal estate divided as first comes of ageS"my daughter Elizabeth excepted as I have allready gave her her part of my estate2
Daughters of age at 18.
Son: Joseph: 1 year1s schooling or more with some good able man, then executors bind him out to some good trade.
Son: John: 18 months schooling with some good able man, then executors bind him out to some merchant or to some good trade.
Rest of children: Schooling as estate will allow, then bound out to good trade.
Wife: Use of plantation during her widowhood, she to maintain it to provide for the children, and as each comes of age give up that share. If remains a widow until all children of age, they should all contribute to her support, as long as she is a widow.
Sons: Plantation divided equally equally when youngest comes of age.
Sons: Land at mouth of Dawson1s Creek joining Christ. Neals bought of John Fulcher.
