The above named T. J. Gustin being first duly sworn, says that the facts stated and allegations in the foregoing application contained, are true as - he verily believes. T. J. Gustin

This is to certify that we as children of Thomas and Mary Roberds, deceased, do hereby show our willingness and desire for T. J. Gustin to Proceed to administer on and settle up the estate of Thomas and Mary Roberds

In the name of the benevolent father of all I Thomas Roberds of Jackson Township Highland County Ohio do make and publish this my last will and testament

Item 1st I give and bequeath all my property both personal and real to my beloved wife to have and during her natural life Save and except my household and kitchen furniture which I desire shall be eqely divided between my daughters Mary Ann Gustin Feby Maxwell and my daughter in law Elizabeth Roberds and grand daughter Sarah Jane Tannahill to be divided between they emediately after my death

Item 2nd I desire that my exicutors after my wife death shall pay out of my estate J L Roberds and to J A Roberds the sum of two hundred dollars to each on and to my grand daughter Sarah Jane Tannahill one hundred dollars

Item 3rd I hereby apoint T. J Gustin and William Tannahill to settle my estate and to see that my wife is kept cumfortable while she shall live and sell my property both real and personal at publick or privit sale as they think best to pay funeral expenses of my wife and my self and to place toom stones on our graves and then after paying all my just debts and paying for the suport of my wife during her life then if their should be any of my estate left I desire it shall be divided among my children In testamony where of I hereby set my hand and seal this 27th day of October A d 1891 Signed and acknowledges by said Thomas Roberds as his last will and testament in our presence and signed by us in his presence
