I, Thomas TRAYLOR, feeling myself in my true mind and knowing that all men have once to die, I, Thomas TRAYLOR , doth herein have my last will and Testament announcing and setting aside all other persons whatsoever. I do give and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Betsey W. TRAYLOR and her children begotten of me and at her discretion to be divided amongst them as they come of age: six negroes named Bart, Nancy and Chaney and her children, Charity, Rody and Daniel and also all my household and kitchen furniture and stock of cattle and hogs and all the plantation tools, the waggon (sic) and horses to be sold after my family is done moving to the Alabama country. And the money to be put to the use of paying my debts, and also the other charges and also the stock of provisions that is now in hand shall go to the use of the family. Continued in my will that my beloved children begotten by my first wife, viz.: Thomas shall have four hundred dollars, Sintha four hundred dollars, William four hundred dollars and Betsy HAYNES one dollar and a certain tract of land situate the fifteenth district of Wilkinson with the plat and grant thereof. the above mentioned to be got by collecting sertain (sic) notes dew (sic) me by Wm. BOLES before signed. It is my further designs that my beloved wife Betsey W. TRAYLOR be my executrix in conjunction with any other person or persons she may think proper. Thomas TRAYLOR {seal} The above will signed in presents of: M. ANTHONY; P. M. HUGHS; Jno. BRANSFORD. registered the 23rd January 1818; Robt. ROBEY, C.C.O. Court of the Ordinary Jasper Co. GA September term 1817. Milton ANTONY, Peter M. HUGHS and John BRANSFORD subscribed to the within last will and testament of Thomas TRAYLOR , deceased. Being duly sworn say that they saw the said Thomas TRAYLOR sign and seal the within as his last will and testament in the presents of each other and in the presents of the testator .
