About Tiburcio Lutero
Tiburcio Lutero was a Filipino lawyer and politician. He represented the fourth district of Iloilo at the Philippine Assembly from August 28, 1914 to October 16, 1916. He later represented the same area at the House of Representatives of the Philippines from October 16, 1916 to June 3, 1919, as as well as the third district of Iloilo from June 9, 1945 to May 25, 1946.
