About Ugalingan Piang
Ugalingan Piang was a Filipino politician. He represented Mindanao and Sulu at the House of Representatives of the Philippines from June 6, 1922 to June 2, 1925, as well as Cotabato from June 9, 1945 to May 25, 1946. He later represented Cotabato at the National Assembly from December 30, 1938 to Decmeber 30, 1941. Moreover, he served as Governor of Cotabato from 1945 to 1946.
