AGAN, Vicente - Lawyer and Assemblyman from Batanes; res., 8 Nebraska, Ermita, Manila.
Born in Ivana, Batanes, November 7, 1894; the son of Gregorio Agan and Luisa Agudo; educated in the Ivana Elementary School, San Jacinto College of Tuguegarao, Cagayan, where he obtained his A.B. degree in 1913; and in the University of Santo Tomas, 1913-1917, where he was conferred his LL.B. and LL.M. degrees. He was a member of the House of Representatives during 1925-1928 and 1934-1935, and elected Assemblyman on September 17, 1935. He is a Nacionalista and a Roman Catholic.
