About Walter Earl Williams
My uncle's mother was Helen Williams. She had a sister, Alma Brown. Alma's obituary mentioned that her surviving siblings, Paul and "Wanita" Noffsinger. I found two census records for a Williams family in South Bend, Indiana that had children the right ages named Helen, Alma, Paul and Juanita. The parents' names were different each year because they were both alternating between first and middle names. I was able to find their full names from their son David's marriage license application. The birth and death years come from their graves.
