... suggests that the most likely couple called FEINER producing children at around that time would be Vilem/Wilhelm FEINER & Hermina née WECHSBERGER/OVÁ.

Rather later (from 1905 onwards) another couple are listed - Abraham FEINER & Gisela STUKS/OVÁ. Wilhelm and Abraham could well be related (cousin?) ...
