Her Husband, Frederik Josephus de Jager was a Major ( Meerdejarige ) and a Farmer ( Boer ) from ' Vermaaklikheid ' Onderduivenhoksrivier Ward/ Wyk, Riversdale District. They were Married at the NG Kerk, on 31 March 1874 after Banns ( na Huweliks Geboden ) by Ds P.B. Borcherds VDM in the presence of the following Witnesses : J.G. Borcherds / Joseph M. Purenz ) - ( Ref : 199 of 255 Civil Deaths Riversdale - Wilhelmina Susanna Jacoba de Jager ( nee Bresler ) Died on 11 September 1950 on the farm ' Vermaaklikheid ' Duivenhoksrivier, Riversdale district, Aged 91 years and 9 months. She died of Chronic Nephritis with Hypertension and Cardiac Failure with Dr G.L.Malan attending and having been ill for +- 2 years.
