Daughter of William H. and Elizabeth Watson Daniel, wife of Hubert Edward Yarborough.

COLUMBIA - Mrs. Hubert E. Yarborough, Sr., 82, of Columbia, died Monday afternoon in a local nursing home.

Mrs. Yarborough, the former Willena Daniel, was born in Mullins, daughter of the late William H. and Elizabeth Watson Daniel. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. J. Whitworth Player of Columbia, Mrs. Allen D. Read of Georgetown, and Mrs. William P. Greene of Abbeville; two sons, Hubert E. Yarborough, Jr. of Florence and W. Daniel Yarborough of Greenville; and 13 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the graveside in Greenlawn Memorial Park conducted by the Rev. Paul Wheeler D.D.

Friends may call at the Dunbar Funeral Home, Gervais Street Chapel.
