Anne Kennon Archer (Royall)
The marriage of William Archer to Royall is accepted on the authority of Standard's Archer genealogy in Rich. Critic 5/5/1889. But did Joseph Royall and Elizabeth Kennon, his wife, have a daughter Anne Joseph Royall's will dated 2/26/1747 (Henrico D. B. 1744-48, p. 376) names no daughter Anne, likewise the Royall genealogy (33 Va. pp. 103, 208) fails to show that the couple named had a daughter Anne.
